RETURNS: Not happy? No worries. If you need to return your items, we can offer a refund on items returned in an unworn condition with the tags intact within 28 days of delivery.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT:

We will commit to pack and dispatch orders either on the same day or next day of purchase (business days only - excluding public holidays). However, if you purchase on our drop days, please bear with us as there will likely be a big number of orders for our me to handle.

Just know we are doing our best and we will only get better with time. Oh, and we will make it up to you if we don't meet these commitments.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will have your tracking details inside. If you can't find your shipping confirmation email, have a dig around in your spam or junk folder - sometimes they end up in there.

We are a small batch brand, that doesn't restock so get in there while you can. Another good reason to join the mailing list for sneak peaks and drop dates.
